Zahi also serves as Chairman of the Board at Discount Investment Company, Property & Building, and as a Director at Gav-Yam Lands. Additionally, he holds directorships at various private companies owned by Mega Or Holdings.

Zahi has established himself as a significant player in the real estate industry, leading strategic projects and real estate ventures, contributing to the growth and development of numerous companies.

In addition to the above Zahi is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of North Macedonia in the State of Israel, in the districts of Haifa and the North.

BSc in Mechanical Engineering and MBA with more than 30 years of technology experience, focused on the data center industry for the last 15 years, designing some of the largest, most strategic, and complex data center projects in Israel and in UAE. 
Tzvika brings huge practical field experience in designing, building and operating top mission critical data centers and facilities.

Attorney. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and has extensive experience in real estate law. She serves as a legal advisor at Mega Or Holdings a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange which is the sole shareholder of Mega Data Centers and as a legal advisor at Mega Data Centers. Specializing in various transactions, lease agreements, project financing, and ongoing support for development projects, her practical experience ensures she can effectively lead transactions and projects to successful completion.

With over a decade of experience in managing and operating mission-critical facilities, Zion specializes in large-scale, high-complexity data center operations, high-performance computing (HPC), and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure. 
Holding an MBA in Business Administration for Executives from Bar-Ilan University, along with Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer (UTI) and Certified Data Center Management Professional (CDCMP) certifications. Zion excel in ensuring operational resilience, system reliability, and seamless integration of advanced technologies. His expertise extends to OT network security, cloud infrastructure, and leading multidisciplinary teams, driving innovation and efficiency in high-density computing environments.

With over 28 years of experience in the IT industry, holding BA and MBA in business management, graduated from IDF Center of Computing and Information Systems (MAMRAM), Stav served as an officer in one of the IDF’s elite technology units and has over 18 years of experience working for global technology companies such as EMC and Dell Technologies, where he held various technology, sales, and sales leadership roles.

Stav brings extensive business experience, a deep understanding of technology, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

With more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in managing complex projects, including laboratories, office buildings, and logistics centers for local and international clients, Harel gained extensive experience working with design teams, consultants, and contractors in various fields, while maintaining high international standards of quality, adherence to timelines, and efficiency. Harel also brings significant hands-on experience in building complex projects that are critical for the establishment of data centers.

Certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration. He serves as the CFO of Mega Or Holdings, a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and Mega Data centers. Haim has extensive experience in the capital market and is skilled in raising equity and debt from both institutional investors and banking corporations. He oversees large-scale financing agreements and has been managing the entire financial and accounting operations of the group for over 15 years.
